February project: Elegantly Stitched Bag
elegant_bag.jpg

Create a stunning evening bag while utilizing the great decorative stitches on the your machine.  So often we forget about the gorgeous stitches built in and simply use embroidery. We will stack stitches on top of stitches, extend stitches to give a larger appearance and embellish our beautiful silk dupioni to look as if we have purchased the perfect trims- when, in fact, it’s all stitches! Finish the bag off with optional gorgeous embroidery, piping and beaded trim!
