Extravaganza 2008
We had so much fun at our Super Sewing Extravaganza 2008. Thanks to all who attended and thanks to Janome for sponsoring the Wine and Cheese Trunk Show at the South Shore Winery, Kathy and Bob Mazza for a lovely evening at South Shore, Mercyhurst College for the use of their terrific facilities, and a huge thank you to Annie Moody from Hoopsisters.com and Ann and Kym from the Sewing Revolution in Australia!

Annie’s quilt patterns created entirely in the embroidery hoop were a big hit! Mood Swings was so easy and fun to make. Thanks for a great class!
Ann and Kym demonstrated breathtaking ideas using built-in designs on our Janome 11000 using the sewing revolution rulers.

This was an absolutely fabulous weekend! Very well organized and well attended. The speakers were absolutely fantastic! Annie Moody from Hoopsisters was a real inspiration with her in the hoop quilt designs. I have already started to make some from her patterns.
Ann and Kym were an inspiration. They made the use of those rulers look so easy. After trying some of them when I got home, I found the instruction booklets that come with the rulers extremely easy to understand.
I will be back for more Seminars!

What a fun time!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Annie and with Kym and Ann. The wine party was fun and it was so nice of the owners of the winery to give a great tour of the building. This was such a well organized event. I loved every thing about it and loved Annie’s patterns and Kym and Ann’s rulers. Thanks Anne and Rick for a great weekend. Hope you will do it again next fall. Just a great evening and day. I hated to see it end!

What a wonderful weekend! Thanks to Ann and Rick for all the time and effort they put into it. I have uses some of the rulers and they are great and easy to use. I am trying to finish up what I have started so I can start on one of Annie’s designs.
