Heather has developed a class specifically for beginners.  In this 6 month series, you will cut, piece, applique and quilt. 
You will learn rotary cutting, accurate piecing, several methods of applique and beginner quilting.

This class is continuing for those registered in April. 

June-block 3 Friday, June 13th from 6pm-8pm
July-block 4 Friday, July 11th from 6pm-8pm
August-applique Friday, August 8th from 6pm-8pm

We are proud to introduce the EmbroidaBlock from Hoopsisters.com.  Annie Moody, former educator for Janome has started an exciting program with her sister.  The quilt features 10 blocks-all completed in your embroidery hoop.  All embroidery machine owners can participate with 5″ or 8″ blocks available.  I am offering demos each month following the monthly embroidery club as well as a demo the first Saturday of each month at 1PM starting February 2nd.  The cost of the program is $10/month.

We will wrap up the 2008 EmbroidaBlock quilt blocks in November, put them all together in December and get ready to start the all new 2009 EmbroidaBlock quilt-as-you-go program!  Annie Moody previewed this new quilt at our Extravaganza with great reviews.  Watch for more information after the introduction at Houston Quilt market.
In order to wrap up the 2008 quilt, I will demonstrate blocks 9 and 10 in November.  The first demonstration will be followed by a UFO class for anyone who wishes to stay and catch up on previous blocks.  If you are unable to attend the scheduled demos, please call to make arrangements to complete your 2008 EmbroidaBlock.

Infinity Quilt
This elegant and unique quilt is made with the Sewing Revloution rulers and constructed with a slick  quilt-as-you-go method.  You will be amazed how easy it is to create the intricate quilting on each block.  This quilt has generated a lot of interest.
