We will be starting another Smith Street design project, Classic Beauty. 

There will be 3 different sizes available to stitch out.  A small wallhanging 30″ x 30″, a larger wallhanging 48″ X 48″ or a twin size quilt. 

We will start with stitching out 2 of the flower blocks and begin to piece the traditional quilting blocks that go along with the project.

Hoopsister’s Goose Tracks

                               Hoopsisters 2011 Block of the Month Goosetracks is totally different than anything they’ve done in the past.  You will enjoy making completely different blocks each month, rather than 4 of the same block.     

                                    We are working on getting all the blocks and the border blocks put together.

Monthly Goosetrack fee:  $10/month (10 month program)

Classic Beauty is an embroidery machine applique quilt and includes a CD with a dozen applique designs, 5″ X 5″.  I will be offering 4 different sizes to be completed, a small wallhanging, 30″ X 30″, a larger wall hanging, 48″ X 48″ or 56″ X 56″ and a large twin size measuring 66 1/2″ X 90 1/2″. 

The first class will be an informative meeting, I will have the fabric requirements and the cutting instructions

 Lynn has planned several work sessions at the Warren shop so you can get a few extra clues to help crack this quilt!

You must have registered on-line with the Hoopsisters to receive this project.
