Event Details
Knit a set of warm, wool mittens! Skills which will be covered over two classes include; Increases,
Decreases, Thumb shaping, top shaping and optional lining.
2 part class: Wednesday, November 8 and 15
$35 class fee includes both sessions
Prerequisite: Students should be able to knit and purl.
Materials needed:
Size 6 double point needles – set of 4 (size 6 12 inch circular needles can be used for some
portions of the project, but double point needles are essential for the top of the mitten and the
thumb.)
-3 Stitch markers
-Worsted weight yarn
-Optional angora yarn for lining
-Tapestry needle
