Boho Skirt Class, Friday, January 23, 2026
Join Trina on Friday, January 23rd to learn how to make a fun and easy Boho Skirt. This skirt is simple and fun to make! Trina has some tips and tricks so the elastic doesn’t roll on you. She serged the patchwork piecing on her sample making it a fast finish.
Call and let us know which size you will make ahead of time so Trina can have your pattern ready. Your yardage and charm pack requirements will vary based on the size you are making. Trina will guide you through your fabric selection for your skirt. We have several different charm packs to choose from as well as endless cotton prints!
Trina will review serging to make this skirt a cinch! Or you can use an overcast foot on your regular sewing machine. Another option is a simple straight stitch with pinked seam allowances.
You will need:
Serger (if you have one), power cord, foot control
Sewing Machine – straight stitch foot (and overcasting foot if you don’t have a serger), power cord, foot control
Thread to match your fabric
Elastic – available for purchase here
Fabricand Charm Packs for your Skirt – Trina will help you determine how much you need on an individual basis
Regular sewing notions – fabric scissors, pinking shears (if not serging or overcasting), snips, pins, ruler, tape measure, pattern weights, etc.
