Join Ellen for a HoopSister’s Workshop on Friday, November 14th!

Ellen will lead you through how to create this beautiful and fun HoopSister’s wall hanging featuring a classic “red truck”, just in time to use for your Christmas decorating this year. She will be reviewing what Battalizer is, how to stitch out the blocks, the “way” to trim  blocks, how to join the blocks, and how to quilt the blocks with the backing.

This project is perfect for anyone! If you are brand new to embroidery, request us to provide a machine for you to use!! We will be happy to accommodate you with a machine to use for the day as you learn what fun it can be to make a project “in the hoop”. If you have an embroidery machine, you will need a minimum embroidery field of 7″x7″ to complete the blocks. If you are a seasoned embroiderer, you can still have a fun day of making this project with others!

Registration includes the digital file, a fabric kit including backing, and instruction!

Additional materials needed – Battalizer, Trimer by George, various threads, snips, rotary cutter and mat. Bring a packed lunch as we will be working all day.
