Intermediate Knitters-Basic Socks Part 2

Prerequisite: Students should know how to knit and purl and be comfortable using smaller sized needles and thin yarn.

Skills presented in class:

 Using double point needles to knit in the round.

 Decreasing stitches for heel and toe shaping

 Kitchener Stitch for closing the toe.

Supplies needed: (available for purchase at class if needed Accepting cash or checks)

 Sock Yarn  Size 2 double point knitting needles  Tapestry needle

This class is presented in 3 two-hour sessions, occurring every-other week.
